However, how important is it that the company has a Careers-specific page? I wonder how often this tab is clicked/page is viewed, and how it factors into people’s perception of the company or job?
I am trying to determine if a Careers page is something my company should invest in. We are currently going through an employment re-branding and don’t have much content to share right now, and we don’t currently pay LinkedIn to post jobs (and would prefer to not have to!)
A substitution I have found for a Careers page is a “showcase” page – the link to this page shows up on the right side bar of the company page – but I don’t know how easy that is to find, since it comes more natural for navigation to be at the top.
Anyway, what are some thoughts?
